We had a great trip last week. The plane rides, while not exactly pleasurable, were not as horrid as I feared and we were never asked to vacate the plane at any time, which I consider a huge victory. Parker endured countless relatives wanting to squeeze the love out of her, another time zone, and a strange place to sleep all with grace and style. Sure she had her moments, but don't we all? The weather was weird - cold (for us wussies) enough that I spent most of the time in multiple layers borrowed from my mother, tornadoes on the night GA and Lost aired (I know !!! we missed them but thankfully I had them taped at home), and such strong winds there were times I thought for sure Parker would get blown over. So what I'm saying is that I look like crap in any pictures you may see, but fun was had by all nonetheless.
